Ron Wasserman

Ron Wasserman  is an American composer and musician, best known for creating iconic theme songs for 1990s television series. Under the aliases Aaron Waters and The Mighty RAW, he composed the original theme for Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, including the memorable “Go Go Power Rangers” track, as well as the theme for X-Men: The Animated Series

Wasserman began his career in the 1980s, performing in bands like Betty Boop & the Beat. In 1989, he joined Saban Entertainment, where he composed music for various shows, including VR TroopersPower Rangers Zeo, and the original English dub of Dragon Ball Z

After leaving Saban in 1996, he co-founded the alternative pop band Fisher with his then-wife, Kathy Fisher. The band gained recognition in the early 2000s, notably for their song “I Will Love You.”

Wasserman continues to compose music for television, contributing to shows like The Thundermans and Bella and the Bulldogs. He returned to the Power Rangers franchise in 2023 to compose music for the 30th-anniversary special, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always.
