Best known as the creator of Monster High Dolls and his newest creation Gravestone Guardians
He has worked for Mattel from January 2004 up to June 2018. He was also the Design Manager of Polly Pocket dolls during his time with Mattel, was the packaging Designer for Winx Club (Mattel) dolls and for some My Scene and Barbie dolls in the mid to late 2000’s.
He won a 2010 American Inhouse Design Award from Graphic Design USA for the Monster High box sets.
Garrett also voiced Velvet in Scaris: City of Frights.
